1. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Las Vegas, NV area and all of Clark County. Delivery fees vary by distance—send your event address and we’ll confirm pricing.

2. How do I book and reserve my date?

Send us your event date, address/zip, and what you need. Once we confirm availability, we’ll send an invoice/booking link. Your date is reserved after payment of the deposit (or full balance) is received.

3. How far in advance should I book?

Weekends book up fast—especially in spring/summer. We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead (earlier for larger events), but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.

4. Do you deliver, set up, and pick up?

Yes. We deliver and set up your rentals, then pick up after your event at the scheduled time window.

5. Are the inflatables cleaned and sanitized?

Yes. All inflatables and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental.

6. What do I need for a jumper setup (space & power)?

You’ll need a flat area with enough space for the unit plus clearance around it. Most inflatables require a standard power outlet nearby. If power isn’t available, ask about generator options (if offered).

7. What happens if it’s windy or raining?

Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds/heavy rain), we’ll work with you to reschedule or apply your payment to a future date based on our weather policy.

8. Can the jumper be set up on concrete, turf, or indoors?

Often yes, depending on the unit and location. Let us know the surface type—grass, concrete, turf, dirt, or indoors—so we bring the correct anchoring materials.

9. Do you offer tents, tables, chairs, and package deals?

Yes. We rent tents, tables, and chairs, and we offer bundle packages to save money. Tell us your guest count and we’ll recommend the right setup.

10. Do you rent mechanical bulls, and is an operator included?

Yes (if offered). Mechanical bull rentals typically require an attendant/operator for safety. Ask us for availability, space requirements, and pricing.
